Role Overview: Field Coordinator – Kenya
The Field Coordinator will serve as the on-site representative of CultivAid management and will oversee day-to-day implementation of programmes at the Embu site. They will coordinate across teams, translate strategy into operational plans, monitor progress, and engage with multiple stakeholders from farmers to service providers and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Planning and Coordination
- Participate in weekly planning sessions and transform strategic directives into detailed task lists.
- Oversee implementation of weekly/daily work plans, ensuring alignment among field teams, management, and partners.
2. Operations Oversight
- Supervise daily farm operations and AITEC activities, ensuring adherence to protocols and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct routine field rounds to monitor progress, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure safe usage, storage, and return of equipment and materials; manage day-end close-out procedures.
3. Administration and Logistics
- Manage communication with suppliers, service providers, and partners to support field operations.
- Oversee logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely flow of inputs and inventory control.
- Coordinate input payment processes (seedlings, supplies) while complying with organisational financial procedures.
4. Monitoring and Reporting
