Required qualifications and experience
- At least three years of professional experience delivering wellbeing or psychosocial support in an international or cross cultural context.
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate interventions for people working under stress or risk.
- Experience engaging with human rights defenders, activists, journalists, or adjacent civil society actors.
- Strong grounding in trauma informed care, burnout prevention, safeguarding, and crisis response.
- Excellent interpersonal, cross cultural communication, and organizational skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Proven discretion and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, or Arabic, are a distinct advantage.
